Emergencies

Please phone the practice as early as possible for an emergency appointment for dental problems. We always try to see you promptly. For out of hours please telephone the Practice and listen to the answerphone message for details.

Monday	9.00am-1.15pm 2.00pm-6.30pm
Tuesday	8.30am-1.00pm
Wednesday	8.30am-1.15pm 2.00pm-4.30pm
Thursday	8.30am-1.15pm 2.00pm-4.30pm
Friday	8.30am-12.30pm 1.30pm-4.30pm

Late Availability Appointments

If you would prefer an earlier appointment than the one offered please let us know. If a suitable appointment becomes available we will contact you. You are not obliged to take this if it is inconvenient. Please let us know how much notice you would need for the appointment. Please email reception@kateismydentist.co.uk or call 01743 240025.

Missed and Cancelled Appointments

Please help us by giving as much notice as possible if you cannot make an appointment to enable another patient to use the reserved time. At weekends please leave an answerphone message and contact number. As the practice has fixed overheads, which must be paid whether a patient attends or not, we ask for a fee for failed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours).
